Received an email that my glasses were ready on a Friday. When I went to pick them up AFTER the weekend....staff did not have them ready (the lenses weren’t installed in the frames, just floating around in a ziploc on their own). At this point it had been about 2.5 weeks since my initial fitting. All in all, a very disappointing and chaotic experience with very poor communication and a waste of a “pick-up” visit. Front staff said they should be ready in a few days with the correct frames. Less

I can see how taking your kids here won’t be a bad idea because they sure wouldn’t mind the intentional avoidance of certain basic medical terms, or the assumption of your ignorance towards whatever “diagnosis” she seems to be performing. The worst part? The diagnosis was wrong, because I went to another doctor and did not use any of the expensive meds she prescribed, and my symptoms cleared up in a couple of days. Wait for it.....!! THEN I got a huge bill from Cigna with the apparent 5 different eye drops that were used during the visit. I laughed. Come here at your own peril. Good luck! 🍀 Less

On the sales side, you are being helped by a retired neuroscientist! For those who can’t imagine how to effectively choose from their wide selection, just put yourself in their hands. I tried on 8-9 pairs and felt like I had exactly the one I wanted. Somehow he knew the optimum search path through all the frames and reduced it to a simple binary search tree that made quick work of it. He even helped me find a pair keep my price point in mind as I tried on the Tom Fords, zero up-sell here. Highly recommend. Less
