Finally found a great optometry team in SF. Dr. Blas is thorough and the front of the office is the best. Kind and friendly. They also have a great selection of frames, which is a huge convenience for me.

What really stands out to me about EID is that they have a working Zeiss i.Profiler and offer the i.Scription service. I appreciate that level of detailed measurement and personalized lens prescription, especially when investing in advanced Zeiss lenses. They also provided my specific i.Scription values alongside my standard prescription, which was helpful to see. Equally impressive is how knowledgeable and well trained the staff is. They were able to quickly answer my follow-up questions without my needing to speak directly with the optometrist each time. Having staff who can answer detailed questions rather than simply relay messages makes a real difference.

I was travelling in town and ran out of contact lenses. I contacted Eyes In Disguise with my prescription and they offered a free supply for the duration of my trip. Exceptional service!

Every yearly visit is a fun experience! So close to where I live I can walk to my appointment and home even with my eyes dilated. Best optometrist ever!! I enjoy going for my visits and the staff is really fun to talk to and hang with! I highly recommend this office!
