I called on a Sunday after my usual technician didn’t show up, and Tiffani was able to come out the very same day, which I really appreciated.She handled everything in a clean, professional, and efficient manner from start to finish. What really stood out was her attention to detail. She even identified that one of the ducts in my attic had collapsed and took the time to properly fix and organize it. That level of thoroughness and care is rare.Tiffani made sure every nook and cranny was cleaned meticulously, and her work ethic truly impressed me. On top of that, Profresh was very affordable. I called a few other places beforehand, and some of the pricing felt unreasonable, but Tiffani provided honest, high quality service at a very fair price.I’ve already recommended her to my neighbors, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call her again in the future.
