This company is terrific. I booked an early morning Saturday pickup during a recent conference and due to my unfamiliarity with this area of the city, I needed to change the pickup location and the time as I received more information from my local contact. John could not have been nicer about changing the reservation details for me. The morning of the pickup the driver checked in with me and confirmed he was waiting as planned (earlier than requested!) and I was able to convey that information to my team. Everything went so smoothly and it was one less thing for me to worry about during a really hectic time for our team.

What a great experience! Daniel, our driver, was friendly and arrived on time. The van was clean and he was always there to pick us up after each stop. I would recommend AME to anyone who needs transportation for a large group. Thanks for a great evening!
