Over promised and under served. Over priced for the few shingles and screws I needed repaired. Did not complete job. Puzzle pieced a bay window roof with scraps instead of the promised one piece of material. They lied about products used and did not have correct materials on day of work. 3 hours late on the first day. Ended up staying 6 hours longer than anticipated. Did not use safety clips while on a 3 story home. They said they installed safety clips to find out they didn’t. Comes across as a well put together company just be careful and don’t believe all the 5 star reviews.

Juan at Legacy One roofing was a referral from a local home appraiser company. Right from the start communication, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding. Got my roof inspected and quoted for both maintenance repairs and replacement. I appreciated having the replacement quote meeting on Zoom so I could verify information as it was presented.In the end, opted for the maintenance quote to extend the life of the existing roof for a few years. The work was completed on time and I received the attached before/after photos as verification. these guys are professional and reasonably priced. Will use them for Roof replacement when the time is right.

Very pleased with all aspects of my emergency roof leak repair, followed by a very professional complete roof replacement. They kept me informed, gave thoughtful advice, and did all work in a very logical, and tidy manner despite the many challenges with weather and moving things around for us.
