Four other towing companies didn’t have the equipment to tow my 2022 Audi without a key to access the interior and put the car in neutral. Tony didn’t give up. He went the extra mile to find a locksmith and access Audi videos to safely tow the car without damaging it. He personally supervised the delicate process and was done by 9:00 pm on a Sunday night. Given all the difficulties, he didn’t try to exact a premium from me. He was refreshingly helpful and honest. I highly recommend Tony to everyone that has towing needs in the Sarasota area.
