I had a great experience with the tow truck driver who helped me out today. He was very kind, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He took the time to answer my questions and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I went boating in Sarasota bay on Friday and when I was going home, my boat trailer broke at the hitch and was on the ground. I didn’t know what to do so I called jets towing and asked if they could help. They said yes and the response was very fast. I was blocking traffic. Dillan (the driver ) hooked up the trailer like nothing and went over and beyond to take care of me. I never used a tow company and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very impressed and satisfied with their service. If I ever need another tow I will definitely be calling them again. $186 for a 5.7 mile tow after the driver showed up 1hr 20 min late from original ETA. Was told multiple times prior they were just a few minutes away like 3 times. I would have used someone else if I knew it would take that long. Don’t spend your money here

Four other towing companies didn’t have the equipment to tow my 2022 Audi without a key to access the interior and put the car in neutral. Tony didn’t give up. He went the extra mile to find a locksmith and access Audi videos to safely tow the car without damaging it. He personally supervised the delicate process and was done by 9:00 pm on a Sunday night. Given all the difficulties, he didn’t try to exact a premium from me. He was refreshingly helpful and honest. I highly recommend Tony to everyone that has towing needs in the Sarasota area.
