We have used many of the local plumbers. They are in general, terrible. Except for prolific. Hands down, the BEST plumber we have ever worked with. I’ve used Prolific a few times now, bringing a 20 year old radiant heat system up to snuff, and replacing a garbage disposal. Can’t say enough. Knowledgeable, timely, gave estimates in advance and held to them, and always kept me in the loop, either personally or through their office. A pleasure to work with. I will absolutely use them again.
