Shockingly bad customer service!!! Had a base and mattress delivered for rental and more that a week later after the requested collection date the bed has still not been collected. Will not recommend this company to anyone who likes to work with an organisation that keeps in contact with it's customers.

I wish I was told about the delivery time frame before signing the contract. Now I am struggling to cancel the contract as I can not wait any longer.

Can i give minus 5 stars?I purchased a bed from Rental Buddy South Africa in May 2025. Unfortunately, not even a year later, the mattress started sagging badly and became uncomfortable to sleep on.I contacted the company, and to their credit, they replaced the mattress for me. At that stage, I was very happy with their service and willingness to assist.However, less than a week after receiving the replacement mattress, it also started sagging. I contacted them again and provided photo evidence, but this time they refused to replace the mattress. Instead, I was informed that I would need to pay a cancellation fee to end my contract, as well as an additional collection fee for them to collect the bed.This is extremely disappointing customer service. Customers should not be expected to pay for poor product quality or for issues caused by the company’s own products.Rental Buddy South Africa, I am still waiting for a proper response and resolution regarding this matter.

I rented a bed with rental. They have been great from the first day to the last. I spoke with Jandre Harker, if you want to deal with an honest, proper quality company that deals with you like you are really their only customer this is the one. There are NO hidden costs like some of the other rental companies. it is truly refreshing to deal with a company that is honest. Their quality in workmanship on the bed I got is great had the bed for 2 years now and still NO sagging, tearing ect. I have dogs that also sleep on the bed and the bed still looks the same as the day I got it.I cannot recommend them enough.
