Getting the Dexa scan really helped me. I expected the results to show that I was out of shape, but actually seeing the numbers was a wake‑up call. It pushed me to make changes right away to improve my health. I plan to get another scan in a year, and I’m excited to see progress and feel better as I go. Blake Martin was an excellent counselor—honest but gentle. Our conversation affected me deeply, and I know I’ll remember it for a long time.

Blake and the entire office staff were friendly, and even fit me in for an earlier appointment, which I really appreciated since I was across the bay for another appointment that finished early.The DEXA scan provided a lot of interesting and useful information about my body composition, giving me a great baseline to work from as I continue toward my health and fitness goals. I had a great experience at Connexus. Blake was a great source of information and motivation for the next V02 and DEXA visit. If there is one thing that would benefit the overall experience is to offer V02 max testing on a cycling ergometer for those who are not runners. But absent that recommendation, I will still be back. Great place!

Always great. The staff is super knowledgeable and encouraging. The dexascan is a must for anyone trying to keep tabs on their health. It doesn’t get more accurate than that, and it gives you a clear scoreboard of where you’re at.
