The previous review was posted without my knowledge and this post is to correct any misconceptions. The owner of this company is probably the nicest and most honest person I've ever dealt with. He and his staff are ulta friendly even when a customer like us has issues. We did not come to a meeting of the minds but hopefully he was not offended or angered. By no mean does the disagreement reflect upon him,his staff, his product or his company. He did everything he could to explain his position and i did the same. Through it all he was calm polite and willing to solve my issue. I highly recommend him and his company. I've seen seen people go off the rails when a problem arises for a lot less. Kieth was polite and friendly through it all. He tried his best to explain to me and either I didn't understand or he didn't understand our position. Even after all that he still paid what my wife said was a duplicate tax. My apologies to Kieth if he feels we were in error. I hope he holds no ill will. We just saw things differently. We will buy from him again ... If he let's us. Even with me thinking she was right , I had a guilty feeling when I left. Thats how calm anf friendly he is. Thank you Kieth for your kindness and help throughout the process..

My 13 year old daughter and her friend came to this business today to trying to sell ads for their middle school yearbook. They were laughed at and given a hard time by a grown man and other men in the building. This is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. You could have simply said "No, thank you". But instead grown adults laughed at them.
