Just had an awesome 1 on 1 with Hilton. Messing around with ManyChat for over 4 hours, shared my flow with Hilton and within 30 minutes he had it up and running 😅 Basically I used to use Zapier to pull coupon codes from Google Sheets into Manychat, but now ManyChat has this feature, I could not get it to work within my flow. Hilton is one of the most amazing persons I have ever met. Recently I had sought his help on a loyalty bot as the bot just wouldn't work for me. He stayed up practically the whole night (due to the time difference between our countries) to help me out, and continued to follow-up with me to see if the bot is now working fine for me. When I apologised for troubling him, I was so humbled by Hilton's reply..."I need from you though that you change your mindset from feeling like you are “bugging me” to realising that you are an “opportunity”, helping me grow in my goal of wanting to be an expert in Manychat to be able to help small business owners". How many people are so selfless in wanting to help others?! Hilton has an in-depth knowledge on the workings of the bot, and managed to figure out why the bot wasn't working for me. He patiently went through step by step with me, sending me the QR code to scan, waiting patiently for my answers, and meticulously troubleshooted the possible reasons why my bot wasn't responding, till he got the solution. I used Appreneur to make me a Chat Bot for the Gym i was working for. I now have a campaign set up where people see my poster and Scan the code. Once they scan the code they get to view different offers available to them and also a conversation which warms them into buying a gym membership from me. Will recommend to anyone who wants to automate their marketing efforts
