WebstersThe best furniture store in GippslandHaving recently moved to Lake Tyers Beach I was after a comfortable armchair for those lazy hazy days. After asking around, everyone recommended that I try Websters Furniture. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed as they have an amazing range of quality furniture to suit all tastes at great prices. They were not pushy or suffocating, leaving me to wander around at my leisure. Then when asked, they answered all my questions whilst providing numerous options. Andrew explained to me all aspects of the La-Z-Boy range, features, warranty, shipping and more importantly the recommended size of chair for my height and weight that I should look for. Andrew recommended the Pinnacle XL. Regardless of his recommendation he still suggested that I try a variety of different models and sizes to ensure the correct fit. After trying six different chairs instore and having driven to Melbourne to try some different brands and models, he was right! What Websters don’t know about furniture isn’t worth knowing! When the chair was delivered it was unpacked and assembled in my loungeroom. As for after sales support, Simon sorted out a slight technical issue and provided me with a leather care product free of charge. The customer service from this family business is second to none! They really look after you. I would highly recommend that before buying your next piece of furniture that you visit Websters as you will be pleasantly surprised.

I recently purchased a number of furiture items from Websters as a result of them being recommended to me. I have to say I have been very pleased, not just with the quality of the furniture but also especially with the friendly service given by Andy & Simon and the rest of the team. I was kept informed about order progress and delivery at all times. The delivery guys were very helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble right across the board...a very refreshing experience this day and age. A sincere thanks to all the team for their efforts

I purchased a mattress recently from Websters Furniture. The staff were very helpful & their service was very efficient. Their floor stock is of great quality & a wonderful range. It felt good to not only support a local business, but to also buy a product that was made in Australia.

We recently bought 2 lazyboy recliners for our caravan from Websters. We are very pleased with the appearance & comfort of the chairs. The chairs were delivered and assembled in our caravan for free. The service we received in store & delivery was exceptional. Thank you Websters!
