From the very first, slightly panicked, call when I lost the feeling in my right hand the care from the Life Effect team has been excellent - sometimes even better!They fitted me in for a consultation, including x-rays, in a couple of hours and a care plan was up and running immediately.I initially had three ‘adjustment’ sessions a week and I can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for the team here in Locksheath… need to change your appointment? No problem! … Running late? (Gasp!) no problem! Seriously, nothing is too much trouble for the super-friendly front of house team. The same is also true for the Chiropractors who take time to understand how things are going, where you still feel pain and then treat as needed. I’d have never thought I’d look forward to my ‘adjustment’ sessions so much!I’m all seriousness though, I don’t think you’ll find better in this area.

The medical specialists put you at ease and fully explain the treatments and likely effects throughout the process. I have had nothing but a reaal helpful and satisfactory experience with Life Effect Chiropractic at Locks Heath. from the friendly team on reception who always have a pleasant professional friendly greeting on arrival. Thank you the Amy's (It helps they are both called Amy). The practitioner's themselves are also very professional, reassuring and communicative in their approach to their clients.I was suitably impressed with my initial appoint with Dr. Karolin Engel who was very thorough in her assessment of my issues. Which related to long term hip, back and neck issues. She was very reassuring and understanding. After also taking x-rays and a physical examination a follow up appointment for made for a few days time to allow Dr. Karolin to look at the x-rays and come up with a treatment plan for me if I wanted to progress with them. I never felt under any pressure to take up any treatments at any point.I attended the follow up appointment a few days later and had a complete explanation of what was considered to be the issue with by back and neck and shown models of the spinal column and reviewed the x-rays. A treatment plan was explained to me which I was happy with and then a number of payment options were explained to me.I decided to go ahead and I am 3 weeks into my plan. I have attended the practice on 3 days per week for adjustments which have been amazing and have also been given an exercise plan which is also a vital part of the treatment.I come in aching and tight and leave improved and happy after every session. thank you Dr. Karolin and Dr. Ash. I am continuing with my plan as I want to achieve long term functional improvements which I believe will be the case.I would highly recommend Life Effect as I believe they really will make a life effect change for me.
