Having tried various treatments after hurting my neck and still experiencing pain and loss of movement I stumbled across Life Effect Chiropractic. If I'm honest I didn't really know anything about this particular field but booked an initial consultation which included an X-ray of my neck. I came out with a much better understanding of my neck and spine and how adjustments work to improve it . I didn't feel under any pressure to sign up there and then but came away to make a decision. I started treatment soon after, initially going twice a week to get things moving and gradually decreasing to once a fortnight. I can honestly say I feel 100% better, so much so I don't even think about my neck anymore. It's important to attend regularly with the adjustments being very quick. The team at Locksheath from the doctors to the reception staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. I'd thoroughly recommend a visit if you are experiencing pain or mobility issues,

I have been to the doctors countless times over the years with lower pain in my back, so i decided to go to Life Effect Chiropractic in Lockheath from first arriving at the clinic i was made welcome by Ashton and Caroline on the front desk.My first appointment was to try and see what the problem was with X rays and a health check, then came the first appointment (adjustment) with a few cracks here i was on my way home with i might add NO pain in my lower back, it has been three months of appointments (adjustments). I'm only 2/3rds of the way through my initial part of treatment and I can't recommend the team enough. My pain levels have reduced to almost nothing and the movement I have regained is above what I was expecting. A warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff through to treatment. I arrived in with a great deal of pain through my neck shoulder and arm, after an initial assessment and X-rays the team established my problems and put a course of treatment together to resolve the issues. At every stage I was reassured in time they could be corrected, how this would happen and my progress.The doctors have been fantastic, within a couple of months of corrections almost all of my symptoms have been reduced to a point where they are barely noticeable, and I’m only halfway through! I’m able to move freely, pain free, and importantly sleep again.The reception staff have been great, friendly, and helpful always able to re arrange appointments when necessary.A very professional and caring experience all round, highly recommended.

My husband and I went to Life Effect as a recommendation and we are very glad we did. We are mid to late 60s and have both suffered with stiff necks and back pain for years. We had our initial consultation and x-rays and I was told I had sciatica too. We started off by going 3 times per week for 3 months and now go weekly. Our ability to move has improved immensely and our gaits are more upright too. We have also noticed if ever we strain our backs gardening for example or lifting, we recover within a couple of days rather than weeks. The Chiropractors are very informative and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and have referred to us by name from the onset. We highly recommend this Chiropractic 😊😊

A visit to the gym got me interested in being aligned. The results were not what I expected but 4 months on I'm now seeing the benefit of seeing a chiropractor regularly. My legs spams have improved significantly, my neck has more movement in it and on returning to the gym I'm finding I'm more flexible in areas i was restricted in before. The xrays and the whole consultation gave me answers i had tried so hard to get in the past but to no avail. This isn't an overnight fix but it's going to be so worth it in the end.

Me and my husband took a chance to see if they could help us. I have been suffering with my back since I was a teenager and it had finally got to a point where it was affecting my life significantly. Id have to pick and choose what to do in a day based on of it would cripple me the next day or leave me bed bound for days. So we saw an offer and went for a consult. Im so unbelievably grateful for the work they have put in so far and we havent even finished treatment yet but im able to go about my life normally, not pick and choose what I can and can't do. I can go to work and come home and be a part of my home renovations rather than watch from the sidelines. Having suffered from shoulder pain for years, and taking endless ibuprofen tablets, I decided to give Life effect clinic a try, all i can say is i wish I had found them years ago, never actually understood stood what a chiropractor did if I'm honest.Since starting with them in Aug 26 ive never taken any ibuprofen tablets, I can sleep better on all sides without any pain or discomfort in my arm or shoulders, the tingling in my fingers has gone and I can do my manual job alot easier and play with my grandchildren, what a transformation in my health this has been and only just over half way through my adjustments but 100% feeling the difference already.Thank you to Jamie and issac.

I’ve been attending the Southampton location on a three month program and currently half way through this.I’ve been seeing Dr. Jamie & Dr. Isaac and been very impressed by their Professionalism. Also, their clear explanations of the ‘reasons why’ each adjustment is being carried out.My pain levels have decreased dramatically along with a massive increase in mobility and ‘range of motion’.Additionally, the Admin staff are very helpful in accommodating any necessary changes to appointments as and when required.I would have now hesitation in recommending ‘life effect’ to Others!

When I first attended Life Effect I was in a great deal of pain and walking with an uncomfortable limp. My very thorough assessment and X-rays directed the Doctors to the problem and they worked out a care treatment plan for me. Throughout the whole process they gave me reassurance that I would get better. I am 9 weeks into my plan and it has been transformative. I am making great process and the adjustments completed each week give me assurance that this investment in me was one of the best choices I had ever made. I see Life Effect as a lifelong commitment to ensure I don’t end up in the same state I started, you learn so much how the body, the nervous system and the brain all work together. My adjustments are a time I look forward to each week. My Doctors are Dr Isaac and Dr Jamie both very attentive and only have your best interests at heart, they want you well again and give you fantastic encouragement as well as being honest and truthful. I went to the Locks Heath Life Effect Chiropractic with a painful hip which meant I was finding it difficult to climb out of my car, then walk without pain, and was losing sleep because of the aching when I laid down in bed.Gradually over the course of 3 months of treatment the pain has gone and during the next 9 months when I still went once a month for maintenance, I have remained pain free and get a full night's sleep.I can recommend these chiropractors as being very skilled and always on time for appointments. My wife and I have both attended the clinic therefore this review is a joint one.Initially diagnosed, and evidenced by x-rays, we both have chronic spinal issues requiring re- alignment/adjustments and freeing up of vertebrae. In addition the exercises given to us both have helped ans part of our care plan. Our course to date of treatment has, for my wife, relieved her Sciatica for which she has had pain for at least 3 years until now. For myself I have experienced an improved posture, less back ache and I am more supple. An extra bonus has been a reduction in bloatedness of my stomach. We highly recommend this clinic as all staff, including receptionists and professionals providing the treatment, are respectful, helpful, informative and friendly.

I've really enoyed my time with Life Effect. The whole team are absolute legends. From the smiley welcome team (with their incredible patience at me changing appointments) to the knowledgeable doctors, they have made the whole experience easy and a joy.
