I can’t believe how Crew is such a nice person.I call early before opening time and he text me that he was with another customer that he would call me back..Sure enough after a short time called me back and asked me about my problem..Told him about it and he was so kind and understanding that he made me feel comfortable that he was going to fix the problem. Two hrs later problem fixed in such a professional way that was so nice. Thank you Crew and hopefully people will call on you so they can get the same unbelievable service that you gave me..Strongly suggest to call this company as you will be amazed at what they do. Found Saguaro on a local neighborhood page and I am so happy with their service. Crew answered the phone and we talked through what I needed on my 20 year old Hotsprings spa. He communicated the entire time and was spot on with the issue and time and cost for repair. I hopefully won’t have to call him for a while but when I do need service it will for sure be with Saguaro!

Do NOT use this company removed and replaced our display on spa with a cheaper one with no WiFi at all like ours did. Is forcing us to file a small claims case against company and him personally. Check where the business says they are located and Town of Gilbert has NO record of them.
