i have been using Saguaro Spa for bi-weekly service, My granddaughter is visiting she wanted to use the spa to my surprise it stinks, has slime on the sides and empty on chemicals and they were just here last Monday and no one has used the spa, needless to say she can’t use the spa. I immediately texted Crew with pictures requesting a refund and it get a email to login an app. No call! No apology! UPDATE: Crew came over Tuesday and cleaned the spa, it looks good, but when I came home I noticed Crew did not replace the frogger (chemicals) and never told me that he didn’t put a new frogger in the spa so with no chemicals it wont be long before it goes bad again. when I called Crew he said I would have to pay extra for the frogger, which I never had before. Crew said he would only come back if I paid $15 for the frogger and REMOVE MY 1 STAR OR HE WOULD NOT COME BACK! I said I would pay the $15 but refused to be threaten so he never came back, We had a disagreement on the swim spa flooring and Crew pointed out I was wrong about my swim spa flooring getting cleaned and that i didn’t vacuum the flooring myself. I mention the customer is always and Crew said not in your case! He claims he has pictures showing a clean floor, still waiting for the pictures. I ended up hanging up on him as i was missing my zoom class and we were not getting any where. Nice that he cleaned the spa so my grand daughter could use the spa one time before she went home. BUT NO ONE THREATENS ME TO CHANGE MY RATING SO THAT THEY WILL DO THE JOB I PAID THEM TO DO.
