Juan came over to take a look at the furnace that would not stay lit. He took his time, did diligent work, and amazing troubleshooting. Not only found the problem, but also took the time to fix a few other things that could be potential issues later. This was a tricky one and he didn’t back down or just say he couldn’t fix it. Responded quickly to my emergency call and had Sergio out within hours. And due to the need of a new Heating unit, Paul came out shortly afterwards to provide the survey of my house for recommendations of the appropriate new unit. Everyone from Gray’s was very informative and professional. Anthony who installed my new heater unit in Winfield was very time efficient with the installation and answered all my questions. They got to me quickly and had everything repaired immediately! I would highly recommend!

Andrew and Oscar completed a removal of an old furnace and an install of a new furnace. The outside temps were in the low single digits with interior temps dripping down to the low 50’s on the main floor of our house and low 40s in the basement where the furnace was. They were quick, efficient and explained the process, the new system works perfectly.
