We just had our 6 year old metal roof deep cleaned, our house power washed and drive way cleaned by Edward. I want to highlight what is of most value to me in my experience with Deep Clean Pro-Wash. Courtesy and respect of my time and property. On time as promised to do the job, no surprise in final charge compared to estimate. And clean up after job was top notch. Edward took time to cover plants and shrubs in prep for cleaning roof. Our home is tri-level and we have a screened in porch so entire house is all metal roof that is interlock pieces not typical barn type metal sheets. He took pics of before and after which showed the work done in detail! There was no rushing on the job no taking breaks every 30 mins as he worked from 8am to close to 3pm. I am very pleased! Edward came early and took great care to do the job well. I'd read his reviews and saw the 5 stars and everything that each posted is true. Admittedly, I was very nervous because I've had terrible experiences with pressure washing companies. One actually damaged the siding to the point that I had to replace the entire sidings because he didn't rinse well and the siding oxidized and cracked. I replaced the siding with Pacific Blue and White garage, trim and gutters. I expressed my concerns but his demeanor is so reassuring. Edward rinsed several times without me having to ask and then walked around the home after completed and spot checked. He also did my sidewalk and drive. They look freshly laid and not 21 years old. I am very particular about my home because it is a blessing from God. I try to be a good steward over the blessings He's given. Edward is just as particular and passionate about doing a great job. He covered my cameras and the Brass door handle and plate. Remember my saying the siding is Pacific Blue and the garage, trim and gutters are White? The siding is only a few years old. Edward said the siding wasn't really dirty but I wanted him to clean it anyway. He has the White popping! The contrast with that Blue is eye catching! He even washed my White mailbox post. He said, it bothered him that it had mildew on and knew it bothered me!
