As a professional certified coach and a mother of two young children I truly cannot recommend the MiniMe Mindfulness enough - it's the best possible start in life they could have access to. Watching my son understanding his big feelings, learning how to calm down his anxiety, how to name and allow all his emotions through play is absolutely fantastic. This class is an incredible foundation for their emotional intelligence and overall wellbeing- especially in today's fast paced and unprecedendet crazy busy world we live in. It's not just another class, it's a life skill and I wish this existed when I was a child.

My child had an absolutely fantastic time at the Minime Mindfulness holiday camp! From the moment we arrived, the staff made him feel welcome and gave us confidence that he was in safe, capable hands. The team really knows their job well – they were friendly, professional, and clearly experienced in working with kids. Every day was packed with fun activities that kept him engaged, happy, calm, and excited to come back the next morning. A huge thank you to everyone at the camp – you’ve made a lasting impression!

I started using the Boss Your Morning app several years ago.It really helped me to focus and start the day with a positive attitude. Life is always much better both personally and in business when I follow a plan of meditation and mindfulness.
