Thank you Abbey for engaging him in your wonderful sessions. Each one is different and he looks forward to it every week. Abbey is so welcoming and friendly. We will be sad when the course finishes for us and would definitely recommend. Less

My son, Cooper recently attended one of Kate's Easter holiday camp days. Before going he was a bit sceptical, but agreed to give it a go. Which was definitely the right decision, he had such a fun day and as soon as I picked him up he asked when he could go back for another camp!! Kate is so warm and welcoming with the children and very organised. The day was packed full of fun activities, teaching the children a whole range of mindfulness skills. Thanks so much! Less

She takes a good pride of what she has learned from the class and takes every moment to teach and remind us about being mindful. I can see the changes in her behavior in a very positive way. Less

Having had a MiniMe Mindfulness mentor come into our nursery setting and coach the children, she pointed us in the direction of 'Mini Me Time' Mentoring 4 Parents & Teachers' course.I found this course very educating and eye-opening, with a numbers of tasks which help you learn about and focus on Mindfulness. I will most definitely be taking these new-learnt habits and incorporating them into my personal life as well as professional life with the children. Less
