Maverick was very patient with me. He explained my options and made sure I understood how the different policies would pay if I chose them. He researched the medicines I currently take so I understood what actual out of pocket amounts would be. He made sure I knew what was required, compared to what was optional, and what the benefits of each optional policy covered & how it filled in the "gaps". He explained the differences in the Advantage option compared to the Gap policies so I felt I made an educated decision. I highly recommend him.
