I would recommend Jen without reservation. Being a relatively new Dad to a six month old kitten, I was anxious about my first long weekend away and friends weren’t around to step in. However, having found Jen, I needn’t have worried at all. From first meeting, she gained trust from me and Freddie who took to her immediately despite being quite cautious by nature. The level of care she provided was absolutely first rate, with regular updates for me. This isn’t just food bowls and litter tray - she gave lots of affection and play to make sure he got value from every minute of the visits. And I was able to fully enjoy my weekend knowing everything was safe and sound. Thanks so much for the amazing care.

I found Jen from My three cats via a google search in my area and OMG I am glad I did!! Jen came out for a home visit first and we had a good chat to get to know each other and introduced her to my two fur babies. I was instantly confident she would take care of my cats. I haven’t left them with a stranger for longer than a week so was nervous but Jen kept me updated via the app with lots of detail of what they had been up to and eaten along with videos and photos. I actually think the cats had the time of their lives and I could see how comfortable they were with her. Jen also works in a vet which was an added bonus so I knew if anything did happen to the cats they were in good hands. It was during the heatwave and Jen even brought her own cooling mat for the cats to use as the one I had ordered has not arrived. Jen put my bins out and brought my parcels in. I don’t feel like 5 stars is enough - I would give her 100 stars!! I am so happy to have found Jen and will continue to use her.

I'm so happy with Jen she is amazing with my trio Pixie Kittie &Katie they love her she reliable trustworthy gives lovely regular updates with photos&videos she even waters the garden andEverything is so clean&tidy I would highly recommend her

Absolutely amazing! Booked us in with very little notice and handled our high needs cats well. I fear they were happier with us (and our baby) away and Jen visiting! They were well looked after through hot weather and groomed.Will definitely be booking again in future!

I’ve known Jenny for over 10 years and had the chance to work closely with her—she’s genuinely amazing with cats. You can tell straight away how much she cares, and how comfortable cats feel around her. She’s patient, attentive, and really understands their behaviour.I’ve always trusted her completely, and I wouldn’t think twice about leaving my own cats in her care. Jen has been absolutely fantastic with looking after my 2 cats, one of them is very wary and reactive around new people which has been a huge source of anxiety for me with wanting to go away. Jen gives great updates at every visit, and I know my cats are being well looked after, with the knowledge of her being able to spot quickly if something isn’t quite right. She has given me the confidence to finally go on holidays and not stress!
