I had the most magical pregnancy massage with Katy today at 6 months pregnant. I cannot recommend this enough, I have never felt so comfortable, relaxed and calm. My little boy clearly felt my energy as was having a party throughout, since getting home I’ve felt lighter and just so relaxed.Thank you Katy - I’ll be back! Xxx

The Hypnobirthing course with Katie was amazing. She went into so much detail about the physiology of birth and how to labour more efficiently and calmly, really looking forward to putting what she taught us into practice! It was a really open and honest space, and I felt really comfortable to talk about anything that was important to me. I would definitely recommend the Hypnobirthing/antenatal class and am already looking to go back and enjoy all the extras like the coffee mornings and massage.
