Nathan renovated my old house before it went up for sale and he did an outstanding job. The house looked great and sold quickly. When I bought my new house it needed a lot of work, so I hired him and his team again. The 2 bathrooms were gutted and rebuilt from scratch, a laundry room was designed with beautiful tiled flooring, the uneven cement floor in the family room was leveled with new wood flooring installed, a fireplace buildout was created in the living room and premium touches were added throughout the house. I love everything that Nathan did to make my new home cozy.Nathan is extremely reliable and trustworthy. His prices are fair, he makes great suggestions and he always kept me up to date on the status of the renovations. It was a pleasure having Nathan in my home for both renovations and I would definitely hire him again.

Desouza build and design did a full bathroom reno for us. The job was quite large as the original toilet/shower/soaker tub/toilet and closet area were completely redesigned and all plumbing was moved to new locations. We had small hiccups along the way such as a bathtub taking extra long to be delivered from Wayfair. Nathan and his team were able to work around that and finish the job on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the final product and everyone who knows what it looked like prior to the demo are super impressed. Thanks from the Duckett family
