I cannot say enough great things about my unexpected experience! A/C went out, called another company first and they came out, filled my refrigerant, found a leak and quoted me for a part. Later they found the part didn't exist anymore. They suggested a whole new system.A couple days later, my house was getting warmer and l hadn't heard back from them. I looked up other companies near me, Freddy's was highly rated, so I sent a message. I immediately got a text back and Freddy himself said he could make it over within 10 minutes or so. I asked what the after hours visit would cost so I could be ready to pay and he said "nothing, I'm trying to earn your business." That statement alone reassured me he's an honest man.Once he looked over everything that Monday night, he said we did need a whole new system. The price he gave was LESS THAN HALF of what the other company quoted. I asked how long the process would take and he said he could have it all done by Wednesday afternoon. So, less than 36 hours later, he and his crew were there installing everything. They were finished by early Wednesday afternoon.There was no mess left behind, everyone was friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things, truly.When telling my son all about the experience he said "just when you think things are only going to get worse, here comes Freddy." Hilarious, but actually true. It felt great to help out a small company, but it feels even better they way they helped us.Seriously can't say enough.

Freddy was responsive, professional, and very reliable. My Airbnb guest alerted me that my A/C was no longer cooling properly just as temperatures in Arizona were rising above 100 degrees, so I needed quick help. Freddy answered my first call, came out the same day to diagnose the issue, and emailed me the estimate exactly as promised. Although it was late in the evening and the part had to be picked up the next day, he returned promptly for installation and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving, including checking my Nest thermostat inside the home. I appreciated his communication, timeliness, and attention to detail. I highly recommend!
