I’m disappointed with my experience with this tree service. They did a good job taking down the tree itself, but unfortunately, the rest of the work did not meet my expectations.I hired them to remove a tree, grind the stump and roots, trim branches from other trees around the yard, and cut back several bushes that had become too tall for us to manage. The tree removal was done well, but the stump was only ground down to the level of the surrounding mound rather than down to ground level, and not all of the roots were ground as I had requested.They also cut significantly more off some of the bushes than I had asked them to, while not cutting back the other trees nearly as much as I had specifically requested. After contacting them about the work that was not completed as requested, they came back out and provided an additional estimate that was almost the same cost as the original job to complete the work I had already asked to have done.I understand that misunderstandings can happen, and I appreciate that they came back out to look at the concerns. However, I don't feel I should have to essentially pay for the same work twice. The tree removal itself was good, but unfortunately, the overall experience and completion of the job were disappointing. I would recommend being very specific about exactly what you want included and making sure everything is clearly understood before the work begins.

Had several trees that needed trimming of dead and dying limbs that were endangering the house. They arrived on time and were in and out in an hour. They clean the yard of tree debris and generally went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The crew was great and very professional. Great job.

This business is extremely unprofessional and has ignored repeated requests to stop blocking our neighborhood entrance with their massive trucks when not performing work in our neighborhood. They utilize our entrance as parking space, which creates an incredibly dangerous driving scenario when attempting to pull out onto a busy street. We have asked on numerous occasions for this to stop, only to be blown off and ignored. Poor business relations on their part.

The crew always blocks the entrance to our neighborhood. Either forcing one way traffic at the stop sign entrance or blocking the view of traffic when trying to exit. Every time we ask them to move their vehicles and park at the home they are servicing but they refuse. These crews are completely unprofessional and have no concern for public safety. Send your business elsewhere.

This company notoriously creates a dangerous traffic situation every time they service the property on Buddy West across from Maple Creek Plantation neighborhood. They either park their huge trucks in the entrance, or in the turning lane where you can't see down the road to make left hand turns.The neighbors have requested MULTIPLE times that the crews NOT park where they are interfering with neighborhood traffic or creating dangerous blind spots for traffice.Nothing is ever done differently and it gives the impression they couldn't careless.Wouldn't use this company based on this experience alone.

We had an incredible experience with Boss Tree Service to have trees trimmed and removed. We were met with several unforeseen weather impacts and I truly appreciated the level of flexibility and professionalism Tylor showed when we had to reschedule. His teams main goal was making sure we were pleased with the work and that the condition of our property was respected. The job was finished quicker than I expected and the level of clean up exceeded all expectations.

I had a pine tree roughly 100 feet tall removed. The crew was absolutely incredible. From the estimate to the finished job they were absolutely professional.The location of the tree made removal difficult, a single limb falling the wrong way would destroy something: house roof, shed well house, power lines, garage, fence etc.This is why you hire professionals. The crane they have allowed everything to be cut and lifted between the house and garage with no damage at all. The precision with which Aaron operated that crane was incredible there were times where he was literally 100 feet away and the trunk was being lifted away and inch or two from the chimney and cap. I was amazed at the quality of their work.The rest of the crew was friendly and answered a million questions I had about the way the crews divide everything. The speed was astonishing. The crew broke all of the tree down efficiently including grinding the stump. From when they arrived , early, they hit the ground running and never stopped moving.When they finished the only way that I knew they were here was the huge tree was gone. There was no damage to my yard , driveway or any other spot on my property. The huge vehicles and equipment were placed where they didnt even tear up the grass. I joke with the crew that I do more damage cutting with my zero turn mower.I absolutely will use this company again

Boss took down six very large pine trees next to my house. Great price, Showed up on time. Finished job in about 3 hours. Cleaned the street and yard so well that the only way you could tell they were here was the fact that trees were gone. Excellent job by a professional crew. My go to company for tree service!

Wow I am so impressed with the work the Boss Tree Service crew did today! I had five trees to remove including one in a precarious spot. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything perfectly. I highly recommend them. Phenomenal job!
