The crew has been working together for many years, which says a lot for the company.  Great guys who are respectful and hard workers. We had a little driveway mishap on the way in with the equipment. I am so very pleased with Boss Tree Service. Before the tornado, in December 2020, they had carefully removed a dead cherry tree, and removed oak limbs over my and my neighbor's house. Ironically, two of the trees that had limbs removed in December, had to be removed following the tornado. The oak trees and pine they removed were monoliths. I marveled at the skill and care the crew exhibited and took getting them down safely. They also worked with me to preserve the wood of several old crepe myrtle, which were grown as trees, so I could get the wood to carvers and furniture makers. Boss has trimmed limbs from our massive oaks in the past but this time we needed an old oak removed. As usual they were competitive in their quote and easy to work with. Questions were answered thoroughly and the plan fully explained. They sent a massive cherry picker (?) and a full crew. The team worked well together and took great care with our property and their personal safety. The enormous limbs and trunk sections had to be carried over our house to the street. They gave us a very fair price in a professional manner. We were so impressed and pleased at how efficient and professional they were. They brought in a large crane and other large equipment. However, before they entered our property, they put down large pieces of plywood to protect the surface. It was precision cutting and everything was cleaned up afterwards.
