This business is extremely unprofessional and has ignored repeated requests to stop blocking our neighborhood entrance with their massive trucks when not performing work in our neighborhood. They utilize our entrance as parking space, which creates an incredibly dangerous driving scenario when attempting to pull out onto a busy street. We have asked on numerous occasions for this to stop, only to be blown off and ignored. Poor business relations on their part.

The crew always blocks the entrance to our neighborhood. Either forcing one way traffic at the stop sign entrance or blocking the view of traffic when trying to exit. Every time we ask them to move their vehicles and park at the home they are servicing but they refuse. These crews are completely unprofessional and have no concern for public safety. Send your business elsewhere.

We had an incredible experience with Boss Tree Service to have trees trimmed and removed. We were met with several unforeseen weather impacts and I truly appreciated the level of flexibility and professionalism Tylor showed when we had to reschedule. His teams main goal was making sure we were pleased with the work and that the condition of our property was respected. The job was finished quicker than I expected and the level of clean up exceeded all expectations.

I had a pine tree roughly 100 feet tall removed. The crew was absolutely incredible. From the estimate to the finished job they were absolutely professional.The location of the tree made removal difficult, a single limb falling the wrong way would destroy something: house roof, shed well house, power lines, garage, fence etc.This is why you hire professionals. The crane they have allowed everything to be cut and lifted between the house and garage with no damage at all. The precision with which Aaron operated that crane was incredible there were times where he was literally 100 feet away and the trunk was being lifted away and inch or two from the chimney and cap. I was amazed at the quality of their work.The rest of the crew was friendly and answered a million questions I had about the way the crews divide everything. The speed was astonishing. The crew broke all of the tree down efficiently including grinding the stump. From when they arrived , early, they hit the ground running and never stopped moving.When they finished the only way that I knew they were here was the huge tree was gone. There was no damage to my yard , driveway or any other spot on my property. The huge vehicles and equipment were placed where they didnt even tear up the grass. I joke with the crew that I do more damage cutting with my zero turn mower.I absolutely will use this company again

Boss took down six very large pine trees next to my house. Great price, Showed up on time. Finished job in about 3 hours. Cleaned the street and yard so well that the only way you could tell they were here was the fact that trees were gone. Excellent job by a professional crew. My go to company for tree service!

Tylor was amazing to work with! He came out within 20 minutes of calling him after a tree landed in the roof/house. His crew arrived very quickly after he did to remove the tree. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how our insurance would want things done before even talking to him. They were very professional and look forward to using him again in non emergency situations. If we ever have another emergency situation he will be the first person we call!

Boss Tree was working in my neighborhood yesterday removing a tree that fell on a house.Upon exiting my neighborhood they were utilizing a skid steer moving debris. The skid steer came from around the backside of the dump truck and nearly hit my car causing me to have to swerve partially in the ditch to avoid getting hit. I went and spoke with one of the crew member asking why nobody is guiding traffic when I almost nearly got hit. They laughed it off after I walked away. I called the office and explained the situation, the foreman from the job in my neighborhood called me back stating they will discuss the incident later t hat afternoon with their crew. This is unacceptable behavior when working a job in a neighborhood without guiding traffic. Getting into an almost accident because of the lack of traffic control is not a laughing matter (except for the crew)

Boss tree service was so affordable, I expected the estimate would be much higher. They had all the right equipments and man power to do the job( using crane, lift), not drop a single tree in my yard. They completed the job and cleaned up everything. I would call them again in the future.

Cory introduced himself and walked the yard with me to confirm what they were taking down. Everyone was very polite and professional. Incredibly rude business. 8am is too early to be working in downtown Newnan. Workers are in serious need of an attitude adjustment when asked to keep it down. Overpriced work as well.
