After reaching out to Brian and letting him know our situation somehow someway this superhero was able and willing to come to our home at 9:30 in the morning so we can sign the needed documents for the refinance. Within only 30 minutes, he had a hard copy of the documents for us, he had emailed us a copy and we were able to make it to both of our kids games stress-free. Brian was very honest throughout the process, and we felt very comfortable. And we actually learned that Brian still had two other house visits to do that were about an hour and a half away from us so this guy really takes care of his customers and treats them with respect.
