Matt was amazing! He broke down so many of the complex lifts with great cues, patience and accuracy. I have been so happy with the environment of the gym and the members and all of the trainers. Looking forward to more classes & getting stronger.

Been with campus for a year and a half and loved every bit of it. Would’ve remained with them longer had I didn’t have to move for job.Hands down the best box in Langley. One’s body and mind are their biggest investment and investing in campus is totally worth every penny.

Started about a month ago as a total CrossFit newbie and been loving it! Staff are so great at coaching, foundational courses have been so helpful, and the class vibes are very welcoming + accommodating to all levels- and so community oriented!Just bought 6 months pass, excited to continue!

This has definitely become my happy place/safe haven. I’ve felt super welcome and apart of a family since my first day. The community aspect of Campus is wonderful which aligns with my values. Everyone is so inclusive, members and coaches alike, and I feel like this is a nonjudgmental place where I can strive to move forward towards my fitness goals. I look forward to going to class (no matter how much I may whine about running when Aleks is yelling/motivating us to keep going, hehehe). My overall wellbeing has improved since joining and I’m looking forward to see how far I can go at Campus. 🥹💙 Thank you!
