Sophia and her partner were wonderful. They were attentive to small details and were able to handle my deep clean with care. I was especially pleased that they were able and willing to clean a few extra things that were not immediately obvious, for instance, the glides or rails of my windows and stage louvers of my mini-split heat pump. I spoke with Ellie. He seems to be the man in charge day to day. I hired them. There was a mix up that was unusual for normal course of business. Not only did he refund my cancellation fee, but he went the extra mile to speak to the people who showed up from Angis and let them know they didn't have my contract. I will absolutely honor my promise to use this company in a few weeks when I need another cleaning. Professional, responsive, above and beyond, forgiving and the absolute best people you want in your corner on a weird day when you are new to the area and get taken advantage of by another team that you didn't actually hire!!! thank you for the cleaning service. this was my first time contacting the company. the initial scheduling and follow up leading to scheduled appointment communication (call and text) was pleasant. i received scheduled confirmation (text and email). i received an arrival text between 8-8:30 am for an 8-10 timeframe. two people arrived and was pleasant. i showed them the areas to clean as discussed at scheduling to ensure we understood and to not miss the areas to avoid have to reschedule or possibly come back same day. once they completed service, they did a walk-through with me while on call with service representative. they did a great job of cleaning the areas that was requested and was notified of an area that was hard to clean or could not be cleaned as well. the part that could not be cleaned most likely was due to regular use that could happen to any area. they completed service and departed around 11-12. i did another walk-through just to check again and noticed the microwave was not on. i called back and spoke to rachel and she asked if it was plugged (this is a duh moment to me only because had so many other things to do all at same time). to give context for anyone who read this comment, i thought why was it unplugged anyway. the outlet is securely mounted in a kitchen cabinet above the microwave. as im on the call with rachel i plugged it and it came on. then this continuous beep kept coming on that never happened before. the microwave had been used many times prior to the cleaning service without issues. and thinking to self what was done to cause the non-stop beep sound which now forced to keep unplugged because the beep will not stop. so will have to have it service to see what caused it which will or may cost me extra money that should not have cost me. microwave was not extremely dirty in a way that would be hard to clean. the cleaning service stated when questioning of what services they offered prior to scheduling will provide pictures and so will take a look at that once received. but all items requested to be cleaned was checked before scheduling service and the microwave was operating. overall for business pleasant i would rate them 4-5 but because of the microwave and now it is an added cost to me rate is 3 1/2-4. the initial schedule was 12/21/24 and the follow up to the microwave issue was on 12/31. maryland spotless sent a pic with microwave on (plugged in) and off (safety as was explained and understood) which proved it was on before cleaning service but as result i will have to have it serviced or replaced and that is unsettling to me. it could be just timing. but i know what i know to be true. ive contacted some services to see how i can get the microwave to work again. Their cleaning service is phenomenal. The team that came to my house was thorough and had amazing attention to detail. They cleaned up my son’s room. I wish I had taken before and after pictures, but this kid is VERY messy and I was so grateful! Less
