Absolutely outstanding service and support! Joshua & John were so nice, extremely knowledgeable, & took the time to explain everything to me & gave me 2 good options for repair, both of which were reasonably priced. Joshua returned for a second trip on a Saturday to install the part and get my dryer running for me again. Each time before he came he texted me prior to let me know specifically what time he would be there and he was always on the mark! I’m extremely pleased and happy with every step of the process, their knowledge, support, professionalism, and overall experience. I am now joining their membership program and putting every appliance I have in their hands. I could not be happier with Riddick Appliance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service and support! Ask for Joshua- he’s the best!

I called for service for our business and was told there were no appointments available for an entire week. This is very concerning, especially since businesses can experience urgent maintenance issues that cannot wait that long. A maintenance company should reserve some availability for emergency service calls.

Be careful! Our washing machine has a board that is back ordered for about a month. Reddick will not order anything that is back ordered. The board is available from an after market seller but they will not order that one either. We paid $149 and still have a washing machine that does not work.It’s been 2 weeks…still waiting!
