I chose Bath Planet because when I went to the Ottawa Home Show Jeff was easy to deal with and booked the appointment promptly. When Jeff showed up and did all the measurements and showed me their stock and we made the decisions they were bang on their quote.Scott the installer was very efficient and super quiet. Never really heard him lose his cool and there were lots of times when I'm sure he could have.The installation went pretty smooth considering that the digging up of the basement floor added an extra week to the installation due to the thickness of the floor. There were a few choice words on that one.All in all I would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to do a bathroom.

Recently had our small bathtub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. Dealing with BathPlanet was great. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the proper style that matched our decor. Mellissa was very informative with communicating timelines and updates. Our installer James was personable and professional in his work. This company was quick to resolve a material defect and we now have a beautiful bathroom to enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to upgrade their bathroom .

We were very surprised by how simple Jeff was able to make things during the quote and scheduling process.The installation portion was equally simple and stress free. By the time James was finished the installation we felt like we had known him forever.The end result is exactly what we hoped for and we really can’t say good about these folks. I would definitely recommend them !!

This was the best experience EVER!! We renovated 2 bathrooms including turning one tub into an amazing stand up shower with a bench and the service was incredible. Jeff listened to our ideas and translated that into something realistic and affordable. Melissa was an excellent communicator ensuring that we were aligned with timing, she did not miss a beat!!Serge… well he demonstrated flawless execution. We love our bathrooms, they actually make us feel like we are staying at a high end hotel. Every day has a few moments of bliss…Thank you Bath Planet!!

Bath Planet Ottawa completed a full renovation on our master bath in July 2025. The reno involved stripping the room down to the studs and changing the footprint of the room to make better use of the available space. We were pleased with the process and the outcome. While the start date for the renovation was initially delayed, the work was completed within the timeframe indicated. The process of selecting fixtures, cabinetry and flooring was smooth and everyone we worked with on the project was courteous and pleasant. Happy with the quality of the work and finishes - no regrets and enjoying the new space.

Jeff and Melissa and team were fantastic. They came in to improve the accessibility for a bathroom with a tub and rework it for an elderly lady.Jeff provided excellent advice that made the final implementation better then we would have designed ourselves.He worked to stay within budget and was able to accommodate a couple of extras by smartly planning resourcing.Melissa was able to move the install date forward to assist with mobility issues which was a great help.When challenges happened, as they often do, they were accessible, communicated well and resolved the issues.Absolutely fantastic team, I would highly recommend them for any bathroom Reno.Thanks BathPlanet team you went the extra mile and made a difference!
