We meet Melissa and Jeff at the Home Show in Ottawa.Melissa acknowledged us immediately even though she was very busy! I took a pic of her in hopes that she would remember us when we called.We had a small bathroom in 100 plus year old home and needed it restored to compliment the age of the house.Jeff visited us in Brockville with some great ideas and a very reasonable price.Serge worked non stop to create our space and it came together perfectly!Thanks again Melissa and JeffSherry and Steve

We are completely in love with our three newly renovated bathrooms! It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff and Melissa. They were always very helpful and accommodating. The fact it is a family run business really appealed to us. We trusted them with our visions and they did not disappoint. Scott did the work and Taylor did the painting. We also had Kyle the electrician come in a few times. They were all great to deal with and very good at what they did. We can’t say enough about the work Scott did. He is a meticulous worker down to the smallest details and he takes great pride in his work and making his clients happy. He was quiet, clean and kept his tools and equipment very organized and out of the way. He also always laid down runners on the floors to protect them which we appreciated. He made the whole experience a really pleasant one. We can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much Bath Planet! You have some very happy customers in us.

We have had the best experience with Bath Planet. I first met with Jeff the owner. He was extremely pleasant and straight forward. We converted our tub and shower into a walk-in shower. The installer James was amazing and meticulous. Everything turned out just perfect. I strongly with confidence recommend this company and installer.
