I needed to have my bathtub removed, and install a walk in shower. All my interactions were seamless. From Melissa on the phone and responding to my immediate need, to Jeff who came to,discuss what could be,done. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable about what would be helpful for somebody with mobility issues.. l never felt pressured to buy anything. . Jeff was terrific in doing the actual inatalation. The work started on the day they, said it,would and finished on time., Jeff did the work efficiently , was always friendly, and always communicated when he'd be back the next day,and what work would be done next.i recommend Bath Planet without any hesitation.

Scott from Bath Planet recently renovated my bathroom. He replaced my old beige bathtub with a beautiful new walk in shower, replaced all the drywall, the vanity and removed the mosaic tile floor to replace it with Marmoleum plank flooring and I love it. Scott paints too, does great work and was a pleasure to have hanging out in my only bathroom! I recommend Bath Planet and Scott if your bathroom needs rescuing!

We met Jeff the owner of Bath Planet at the Ottawa home show last spring. We were impressed with a one stop arrangements to conduct our bathroom remodelling.Although we had indications of their work we saw on line some of their project. They made the process easy by recommending places we could go to select the features at a discount price. We were regularly updated on the timeframe to start the work. We were given some very beneficial recommendations in selecting the right features. The individual assigned the project was very meticulously paying attention to details and regularly asking us if what he was doing required some changes or adjustments. At times the products being installed demanded some improvised modifications to make it work. It was obvious that he had lots of experience to find solutions.Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality and overwhelming results of the project. Special congratulations go to Serge who completed a very challenging project in a record time while ensuring the best workmanship you can get from a highly experienced person. If you want quality and professionalism Bath Planet is the place.

Bath Planet did exactly what we asked for. There were no surprises with the job. Out of the 5 quotes we got, they were the only company that showed up with samples of the products they use. Serge the installer was fantastic. Extremely experienced. Any questions were answered by the owners in a timely manner.
