I would 100% recommend working with this company. We live in a high-rise condo building and contracted Bath Planet to replace our shower. The whole process went seamlessly. Our initial consult was with Jeff, our installer was James, and our painter was Taylor. All of which were professional, personable, and very good at what they do. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of their work, if your thinking of doing your bathroom, I would definitely suggest going with Bath Planet Ottawa!

In the first week of February 2026 I met Jeff Billard at the EY Center home show we discussed our bathroom needing a renovation I was impressed with Jeff ‘approach to serving a customer ahead of me and I was very happy of how he went through the options he could offer me for my specific bathroom renovation. We set a meeting day and time for him to come to my home Jeff went through the whole work plan with me I had another company give me an estimate and after considering my options I chose Jeff and BathPlanet as the one that would do the work They were able to fit us in soon as possible after and the renovation took only 3 days to complete The installer “James” was very courteous professional and installed good quality products through out the project He answered concerns as he worked with pride in his ability to do so and complete the job. I can’t stress the way everyone made me feel confident during the work and how satisfied I am about the quality of work the James did I also had opportunity to speak to Melissa by phone to the office and she was very happy with the satisfaction I expressed I would like to rate this company and all the employees an AAA+

Bath Planet showed up when scheduled and completed the job to our satisfaction. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Have already recommended Bath Planet to two other people looking for a reliable and reasonably-priced contractor to redo a bathroom.

I chose Bath Planet because when I went to the Ottawa Home Show Jeff was easy to deal with and booked the appointment promptly. When Jeff showed up and did all the measurements and showed me their stock and we made the decisions they were bang on their quote.Scott the installer was very efficient and super quiet. Never really heard him lose his cool and there were lots of times when I'm sure he could have.The installation went pretty smooth considering that the digging up of the basement floor added an extra week to the installation due to the thickness of the floor. There were a few choice words on that one.All in all I would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to do a bathroom.

Recently had our small bathtub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. Dealing with BathPlanet was great. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the proper style that matched our decor. Mellissa was very informative with communicating timelines and updates. Our installer James was personable and professional in his work. This company was quick to resolve a material defect and we now have a beautiful bathroom to enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to upgrade their bathroom .
