I just replaced my entire AC unit with Otto's air conditioning. Tyson the owner took the time to walk me through all of my options to ensure i felt comfortable in my decision. He also answered questions i had when shopping around with different providers and was able to compare and contrast the different units in an simple, easy to understand way. After install of the new unit, he even took the time to help rewire my other unit and replace the sagging PVC for the drip line (something he didn't have to do at all). BUYER BEWARE- THIS A TOP NOTCH COMPANY. These guys will treat you right. We had them replace our main unit and also install mini split. They were upfront and honest and responded to my text right away. DO NOT PASS THESE GUYS UP.
