A month ago I called Otto's Air Conditioning & Heating and Tyson came right over to the house. I told him we’ve been nursing our AC unit for the past several years and if he could check it out and see what was going on……..It was 107° outside and Tyson jumped right on the roof and Checked everything out after replacing a small part Tyson then told me this might work for a few days but most likely you’re going to need a new unit…….Tyson gave me some different options and said he would check back in a day or so…….No pressure, professional Service, and gave me information I could understand…….A few weeks later, after getting a second opinion on AC units and prices, I called Tyson back…….We had our new unit install the next day, superior quality, professional service, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Otto’s AC and Tyson…….Mark & Susan Daley

We called Otto’s Air after another company refused to work with us because we had a home warranty that would cover and pay for part of the ac repair. Working with Tyson was super easy he was very accommodating helping get our home warranty claim approved and they got everything fixed and replaced the next day. They did a great job and were super easy to work with.

I just replaced my entire AC unit with Otto's air conditioning. Tyson the owner took the time to walk me through all of my options to ensure i felt comfortable in my decision. He also answered questions i had when shopping around with different providers and was able to compare and contrast the different units in an simple, easy to understand way. After install of the new unit, he even took the time to help rewire my other unit and replace the sagging PVC for the drip line (something he didn't have to do at all). I will be a forever client of Tyson and Otto's air conditioning. If you need any help at all - don't hesitate, Give Tyson a call !
