Our home caught fire, so we were highly stressed and probably a little chaotic with everything going on. We called EPR and they arrived within 45 minutes.Our insurance adjuster showed up just as they were starting to get things setup. He asked that they pause until he could evaluate the scene. The team at EPR patiently waited. Long story short, they were asked to leave and come back the next day. Within 20 minutes we were told we could continue with EPR. We called them back and Abbey had the team back in 10 minutes.The entire team was very kind, understanding and helpful during a very stressful time. I hope to never go through this situation again, however if I do, I'm calling EPR.
