Biagio is one of a kind. He is an ARTIST. He took my idea and the story behind it, and he trans formed it into a master piece of art. He is easy to talk to, down to earth and so willing to learn about new things, and share his life experiences. Our time together was refreshing. I look forward to getting my creation completed. Biagio is an incredible tattoo artist, he has a clear head about what he wants to do, is very respectful, mindful, and considerate. His quality speaks for itself but in addition to good quality tattoos, he is a good quality person. I've been under his needle for almost a hundred hours and I highly recommend him!Great space too, amazing views and all of his art up feels like being tattooed in a gallery in the sky.
