He is easy to talk to, down to earth and so willing to learn about new things, and share his life experiences. Our time together was refreshing. I look forward to getting my creation completed. I never leave reviews , but I have to for this one . I was just recently there and 3 of us got matching tattoos . Biagio was VERY PROFESSIONAL and the Patience of a saint !
