The session is fun and the trainers are very helpful. I also like that there are only 3 people training at the same time, therefore not an overcrowded place.

Love the lessons. Highly recommended mostly for people that don't have a lot of time to go to a gym. Workouts are so intense; that it's as if you went for a full 2 and more hrs at the gym. The staff is friendly and the place is captivating 🥰💪
