Joel is a great coach. He’s motivating and is able to scale each exercise in order to meet my ability level. The workouts are challenging and motivating. I can feel definite progress in building strength and stamina. The community is also very encouraging.

Walking into Whitestown Athletic Club instantly makes you feel welcomed. Gyms can often be intimidating, but here, there’s a real sense of community that puts you at ease. fellow members are friendly, and coach Joel goes above and beyond to guide you. He not only teaches you the right way to work out, but he also pushes you to step out of your comfort zone and grow stronger.What I love most is how supportive the environment is. I recently had surgery on my hand, and instead of feeling left out, coach immediately found ways to customize my workouts. I never had to miss out on training, and I felt truly cared for.

I have had such a great experience at this gym. Coach Joel is amazing and really takes the time to understand where you are and what you need. He adjusts the workouts so you feel challenged but still comfortable and supported.I had never done CrossFit before and honestly I was a little scared of the workouts. This place completely changed that for me. The coaching and the environment make it feel fun and approachable, not intimidating.The people here are what make it even better. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, and it truly feels like a community where people want to see each other succeed. It makes coming in something you actually look forward to.The workouts are always different, which keeps things fun and interesting. The facility is clean and organized, and the atmosphere is positive and motivating.It just feels like the kind of place where you belong, no matter your fitness level. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming gym with great coaching.
