5/5 stars- Tranformation Exterior Home RemodelWe hired Grant Construction Co to remove stucco and recover the second floor exterior with James Hardie shingles. We also had windows replaced and the full house repainted. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the owner was professional, transparent with pricing, and respectful of our home! The work crew was excellent and cleaned up outside every day. The work was done in a timely manner and what a difference in the home's appearance! We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Grant Construction took care of all my old dilapidated siding and replace all the exterior wall board that was rotting and damaged. Clean, efficient, and super friendly. They did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

Five stars are not enough for Grant Construction and Caolan Grant.We hired Grant Construction for a major exterior renovation. Complete stucco removal due to water leakage, replacement with contemporary architectural panels, a full roof replacement, and new stucco on our large circular turret. We also updated our exterior color scheme and driveway turnarounds to a modern white with black accents. Caolan advised us thoughtfully on every one of these decisions.From start to finish, he was helpful, informative, and professional. He communicated with us constantly, keeping us informed of progress and what to expect each day. He secured permits and the necessary electrical subcontractors in record time. His crew was meticulous, and the driveway and work area were clean and neat at the end of every day.The workmanship is exquisite. The few small concerns that arose, normal for a project of this scope, were addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. When we asked about weekend work, his crew was glad to accommodate us.We cannot say enough good things. Grant Construction is an effective, professional organization, and we highly recommend Caolan and his team without reservation.

This is the second time I have used Caolan, and as with the first job , workmanship ranked very high, he will not disappoint.

I've used CJ for two projects on my home and have been very pleased with his work.The first job was a substantial stucco remediation involving stucco removal, sheeting repair, and installation of new siding - this was a major job of high cost that took several weeks and the results were very good - there were some minor issues with finishing touches (some drywall screws were used in exterior fixtures), but the overall process was as painless and smooth as possible. The work has held up perfectly over the past several years after the repair was done, and CJ responded to some issues with leaks in a door promptly.We also used CJ for gutter replacement recently and it was again a quick and easy process, and his price was very reasonable. We were able to go from quote to job done in about a week's time and the work was done with quality.Highly recommended (I hope I don't need his services again but will definitely use him again if needed)!

Can’t recommend Grant Construction highly enough! We needed our stucco removed and major water damage repaired throughout our home. I was so impressed with how hard the team worked and how quickly they got things done. They were always responsive and easy to work with and treated our home respect and care. We are for sure customers for life!
