We recently had AusElec complete some electrical work at our home for the installation of an EV charger and were very impressed with both the work and, particularly, the way they handled an unexpected mishap during the job.Unfortunately, while the work was being carried out, one of the tradesmen had a minor accident with a ladder which resulted in some scratches to our car. These things can happen, and what really stood out to us was how AusElec responded. They immediately took responsibility and organised a professional car detailing company to repair the scratches, making the whole process easy and hassle-free for us.They then went above and beyond by completing some additional electrical work for us at no charge as a gesture of goodwill, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.It's easy to judge a company when everything goes perfectly, but I think you learn much more about a business by how they respond when something doesn't quite go to plan. AusElec handled the situation professionally, fairly and with genuine care for us.A big thank you to the AusElec team for the excellent service and for going above and beyond to make things right. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused electrical company.
