Dr. Nietzsche truly changed my life. After an auto accident years ago, I was seeing a different chiropractor whose care wasn’t helping and was actually making things worse. I was in constant pain and eventually had trouble walking long distances.I was referred to Dr. Nietzsche by my brother-in-law, who is also a NUCCA (upper cervical) chiropractor but in another state. From the moment I began care, everything shifted. Almost right away, I felt like my body was finally moving in the right direction. Through Dr. Nietzsche, I learned first-hand just how important upper cervical care is and how deeply it affects the entire spine and central nervous system. I honestly had no idea how many different issues this type of care could help!Because I live several hours away, I couldn’t keep up with regular visits, but even then Dr. Nietzsche went above and beyond. He personally connected me with a board-certified upper cervical chiropractor in my area that he knows and trusts. His notes were incredibly detailed, and the transition was seamless — my new chiropractor knew exactly what was going on from day one and even commented on the highly-detailed notes Dr. Nietzsche made.I’m so grateful for Dr. Nietzsche’s knowledge, care, and genuine concern for my healing. Even when I couldn’t continue treatment with him directly, he made sure I was supported. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He truly cares!

Jason has been my life savior since he started his office in Winter Park, FL. Very grateful for his dedication, knowledge and care. After moving 2 hours away I continued to still drive for my treatments. Finally after almost 8 years, I was finally able to find very adequate, proper treatment for myself. No popping and cracking for me. Happy with where I am. Thank you Jason for all the care you gave me through the years!

I recently injured my neck during a video production shoot and was incredibly fortunate to find Orlando Spine Center. Dr. Nitzsche was absolutely excellent! He quickly and accurately diagnosed my injury and provided a treatment plan that had me feeling significantly better in no time. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. My two sons have been in the care of Dr. Nitzsche for the past 2 years. Everything from customer service with his offices front desk to providing lasting pain relief and effective chiro adjustments have surpassed my expectations and I will continue to bring my family for years to come. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. He will make you worse. I got adjusted on the wrong side and the doctor did not believe me even though I told him several times that i've only been adjusted on the same side by other doctors and I am worse than I came in. He will make you get x-rays every three months and still do things inaccurately(also x-ray won't show much change in 3 months and other chiropractors found this doctor does things inaccurately). Even though you complain about the pain. He will tell you "even when there is pain it doesn't mean you adjust that area." well he did not adjust that painful area and I would get worse each time. The only time I found relief is when he adjusted me correctly on the correct side but would keep adjusting me the wrong side and would just be confused when I was in pain. He even forgot that he adjusted me on the correct side. He causes more pain and he medicates the pain he causes and he will thinks he's doing a great job. He also didn't adjust anywhere else making things worse. please don't come here. He honestly is not trained well to be a chiropractor.

Up until 5years ago, I lived in Orlando. Been with Jason since day 1. Now when I need his help, I drive 2 hours .The NUCCA chiropractic treatment is VERY rare and I trust no other. The gentle adjustments that are done doesn't follow the normal, "No pain, no gain"! WRONG! I love that I actually experience relief during my adjustments and leave his office, "pain free". No better feeling!You won't find snap, crackle or pop at this office. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.Thanks Doc for all you do to help me stay well.Meredith is the best.

Dr. Nitzsche is the only chiropractor I trust and his technique is the only one I can tolerate. He has helped me recover from car accidents and other back injuries for over 15 Yrs. I’ve been injured by other chiropractor’s who do aggressive cracking. His upper cervical technique is gentle and effective and doesn’t require so many sessions like the other methods. He’s super nice and really cares about getting you well.
