This was the best experience I've ever had with a physical therapy facility. I was in therapy for 9 months, everyone was absolutely wonderful and dedicated to helping me on my journey to recovery, the faculty was always clean and tidy, the office manager Katie set the tone always greeting you with a smile, and ready to assist you when needed. Lisa was the one who took care of me, she was always focus on my recovery, she did this with all patients, always making sure that we were doing things correctly, and we were in a clean and safe environment. Michael always made you feel welcome and took care of everyone, made sure that evaluations and discharges were made comfortable and meet his expectation.I was so lucky to have such a awesome team.

Lisa and Michael were great! They helped me tremendously and taught me how to better manage vestibular issues I had following a concussion. They are patient, and the energy is always positive. Highly recommend Bold City!

Lisa and Michael are phenomenal.I had extensive concussion, spinal and shoulder among other injuries.I could not recommend better more caring or more knowledgeable therapists.Literally so thankful that I was recommended this group to take care of me in their Mandarin facility off San Jose Rd.The office is clean, and beautiful and they really take pride in not just their work but their office space.

I cannot recommend Bold City Therapy and Wellness highly enough! I recently finished my eye and brain therapy here, and the transformation has been incredible. I’m leaving not just feeling better, but equipped with the specific tools, knowledge, and understanding I need to continue my progress at home.​Lisa was absolutely amazing!! You can truly see and feel how much she loves what she does. Her passion for her patients is evident in every session. And both, Michael and the receptionist were also wonderful, making encounter and every visit a breeze. From day one, I felt like part of the family rather than just another patient. Well, proud to say that all the staffs (downtown branch) were friendly and kind from day 1 until the last day of my PT session. And it’s easy to get an appointment that suits your schedule and they’re so accomodating. Every single person that works here is incredible. Great staff! They are very knowledgeable about the human body and can really relate to you. I did 16 rounds of physical and cognitive therapy. The staff made it fun while pushing me to my limits. In the end I'm much, much better than when I started. Everyone at the facility are friendly and out going.
