I went to this place for the first time and was a bit skeptical about going to a recently opened new place. However, I was very amazed at how professional my sports therapist was. He knew exactly where all my tension was and what was causing it. As someone who gets massages regularly from private physios, sports therapists and osteopaths over the years, this has been one of the best massages i’ve had and definitely the best one since i’ve moved back to the north east. The place itself was very clean and calming.

Wow. This was my first massage and it will not be the last. From the moment I walked in the door it was so calm and welcoming. My masseuse was always making sure the pressure was good and that nothing was painful. I felt safe the whole way through and like I could speak up if anything became uncomfortable. I will definitely be back here

I had a massage last night with Fransisco and honestly, I can’t recommend him enough.From the start, he was really knowledgeable and attentive. He genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to assess what was going on. I went in thinking I had lower back pain, but while he acknowledged that, he was able to identify the real root cause and treat it properly.This morning is the first time I’ve woken up without pain, and the only thing I’ve changed is having that massage, which says everything.The whole experience was amazing. I especially loved how he kept his hands in contact while applying oil, so there was no stop-start feeling, it felt really continuous and relaxing. The room itself was calm, ambient, and I never once felt rushed.I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years, and this is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had.Thank you again, Francisco – I’ll definitely be back 🙌

Thoroughly enjoyed the feeling during the massage and most definitely afterwards. I feel alot more fluent in my movements and my posture feels much better.Everything was very clean and calming and the smell was very noticeably beautiful.Very professional the whole time and will even laugh at you when you think the deep tissue massage you're actually booked in for was just a head rub.I'm keen to to try different massages myself so I'd certainly recommend to anyone.Thanks once again

I had the best full body massage I’ve ever had, tailored to my needs. I had a small strain in one arm and this was dealt with care. Lovely venue too.

Great experience at Bodyworks. My sports massage was fantastic, just what I needed. Will be visiting again and would highly recommend 🙂
