He did arrive early, and he quickly assessed what was the problem, and made a fair estimate of the cost to repair. We took care of it and he sent his expert Victor to fix my roof. I called Triangle roofing and spoke to Maynor about getting a roof inspection and repairing a leak. He came out the next day and did the inspection. He explained what needed to be done to find and fix the leak and showed me pics. He gave me a quote for the repair which I thought seemed to be a fair price. I asked a GC family member about it and he said that it was a great price for what was going to be fixed. Maynor sent one of his roofers to come out the following week and the roof was repaired. Triangle Roofing is your one stop shop for all your roofing needs. Maynor & his crew repaired a severe leak on our tile roof due to wind damage & broken tiles in 2017. Unfortunately we had another leak on the other side of the roof (unrelated) in 2024, again due to broken tiles. In both instances they removed huge areas of tile, replaced the underlayment, replaced matching broken tiles, & sealed any roof vents. They were on time and very affordable. I contacted Triangle Roofing because of their stellar reviews on Google. I can attest; they do not disappoint! Originally, I was working with another "roofing company" that I later found to be dishonest with both me and my insurance company, was non-responsive and took their time to do nothing but overcharge me for everything. Once I left them, I found Triangle Roofing Company. Maynor, the owner, was incredibly responsive, professional, honest, trustworthy and full of integrity. He assessed the project and told me the repairs that needed to be done and gave me an honest scope of work and charged far less than I expected. He is a man of his word and runs his company and crewman as such. Talk about professionalism; when he and his team say they will be there at XX time, they mean it. They also finished the job in far less time that I expected and left literally no debris or mess in our yard....at all and left with a smile. If I ever need any additional roof repairs (and I will because of the age of my house), I am calling only them. FYI...this is not a paid review. I would recommend Triangle Roofing, they did an awesome job, and Maynor is friendly and explained the process to be done in layman terms. We had a wood shake roof with multiple layers underneath. Maynor's work crew had to remove all the layers down to the shiplap, and install ISO Board for installation due to open beam ceilings. Extra work was needed on our roof before the new roofing could be applied. We went with a fiberglass composition shingle. The crew completed the roofing project within 7 days, and it looks AWESOME. I called five roofers to check my mother-in-law’s leaking roof. Triangle Roof was the first to call back. Maynor met me at her house the next day and checked for damage and the condition of the roof and repairs needed. He was so patient in repeating and explaining to an anxious senior. We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you don’t want to go cheap on your roof it’s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again.
