Dennis was able to order the correct spring for my garage door and have them in 2 days. He arrived 30mins early to install them and was done in about 30mins. Dennis came to replace a broken spring on our garage door during the holiday week, and really went above and beyond my expectations. He also lubed the rails and now it’s as quiet as a new door. He explained everything in detail and when he was finished, got the automatic light working again and helped me understand how to make sure it keeps working. Our garage door has been acting funny a few weeks ago, so I finally called around to get someone to take a look. Dennis was the second guy I called, and he said that he could come out the next day (today, Christmas Eve!) He came out exactly when he said he would, and he even sent a text when he was on the way. He instantly put me at ease, and he was able to put in a new unit at a very reasonable price. If I had waited much longer, I might have had a big problem! After installation (it only took about 90 minutes), he walked me through how to use all the new features, including the app that goes with my new garage door.
