This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time with them. Nothing but liars. They never called me back. Was like playing cat and mouse game with a bunch of kids. Was late to the initial appt and couldn’t show for anything they preached. Much better companies in town to deal with.

We had three different appointments set up and they kept being changed by you. One appointment was even changed from a day with no rain that day to the next day, which was forecasted possible rain, no rain that day and that’s the day you don’t show up. The last one we got called and asked if the appointment was still on for that day. That appointment was in 1/2 Hr, they said they would be there. Then….. at the appointment time we get a call saying traffic is really bad and won’t be there. YES traffic is heavy at that time of day. You know it is, good grief! We don’t believe you were on your way here and just plan didn’t want to come here. We asked you at the Cal Expo home show on January 31, if you come to our area that was an hour and 20 minutes away. That was the first question we asked. You said “oh yes, no problem.” If you were honest and said no, we wouldn’t have wasted our or your time. We were serious about service. But, you had done a Google search of our place and gave us quote of the work to be done. How very frustrating to rearrange our time again and again and then you don’t even show up! We are very disappointed in your company, Again of you didn’t want to come here why didn’t you just say so at the Home Show. You really missed an opportunity as we had two other buildings on the property we would have had you look at.

Thank you for the new roof. And just in time as storms are moving in. You found six places where the old roof is failing! It would have leaked into the house this winter. Because the shingles you use are insulated; and you use an insulating material, not tarpaper, the house is warmer, and heat has expanded into corners of rooms, not out the roof. They also refurbish roofs. They couldn't do anything to mine because it was a double roof that was separating!
