I was greeted at the door by a chek man with a gentle demeanor and a Welcome Madam. Rueben proceeded with a recording of your History and goals to be addressed. This was not your typical "fluff" massage. I needed therapeutic work on several problems areas. He used hot stones and ice and for an hour & a half worked gently but firmly to alleviate pain. I believe in the healing properties of massage and have had massages using many various techniques. This was truely the best I've experienced. I live an hour away but will make a monthly appt. The back & arm pain is much diminished and I will follow thru with Ruebens recommendations for things I can do myself to improve. Thank you Rueben for your Shepherds touch.

I was a bit apprehensive about going to a private home for a massage but figured why not, the price is right. I did travel about an hour away too.This was the best massage I have ever gotten! The hot stones and the magnesium cream used was incredibly relaxing. I slept through the night with fantastic sleep. Ludo knows his stuff and has great tips for intentional movement and herbs for circulation. I will absolutely be returning!
