Terrible, they fitted a roof on my adjoining neighbours house, removed a row and a half of my tiles without my consent when I was out and threw them in a skip, I was left with mortar and roof nails in my garden it is criminal damage and trespass. They finally replaced them with wrong tiles (bright orange) which were in a line not set like the rest of the roof tiles on both front and back of my semi and looked terrible, they offered £200 cash if I kept them which I refused, they said it was normal practice to remove a row and a half of next doors tiles - (NOT WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CONSENT IT IS NOT), they said they'd replace them with reclaimed tiles, they said they would replace mortar around my chimney stack, (which they did), and clean my roof and clean my gutters for free as compensation, that week which was in April 2026, I have contacted them many times for the roof clean and gutters cleaning, but they say they'll come to do it then fail to turn up it is now 8 September 2026. I have photos of before during and after!!! Awful I have not recommended them to anyone, family, neighbours and work colleagues. My neighbours saw and asked about what was happening and what has happened since. I am adding this to other sites too, to warn people.
