I just had a massage from Amanda, RMT. It was amazing!! I am in constant pain from arthritis & neuropathy. Amanda knows what muscles to massage to help me feel better & move with more ease. I always feel better afterwards.Plus, it's so nice chatting with her. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for more massage treatments 💆🏼‍♀️

I can’t say enough about the people at Whitby Physio and Wellness. They have turned my migraine and jaw pain from debilitating to almost non existent. PT Health Whitby has great service and staff. The receptionist is very kind and prompt and Rob the physiotherapist is a God send. Rob takes the time to listen and gives great advice on exercises and treatments that can be done at home. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
