joined fitverse to reverse my pcos , and doing much better after taking the program . my issues were irregular periods , weightgain and prolonged bleeding. i lost quite some weight sustainably around 6 kilos in 3 months which was a huge task before joining the program. got my period twice in these 3 months. i also had issues of prolonged bleeding on a period . my period used to stop only after taking progesterone but that became normal by the 2nd month. i did not have to take any medicine to stop them . my nutritionist was miss aastha agarwal who gave me a very filling and easy diet plan . it was very easy to follow and she was more flexible to add whatever i wanted . she was always there to solve my concerns through out the program . my workouts were given by miss priyanka reddy . i have always not liked workout cz they were tiring .but the workout given by her made me feel energetic freah and active . the therapy sessions helped to control my mind and it reduced my irritabilty alot also made my sleep cycle better . it helped me to stay motivated throughout . the efforts of the team to reverse my pcos holistically was truly admirable and their efforts along with mine did help me alot with my health . i m so happy and grateful to each team member for being there through the programs and help me achieve what i achieved . i hv zero regrets that i joined fitverse pcos reversal program , maintaining a healthy lifestyle is what i hv learnt from them .

I am not at all happy with Fitverse very unprofessional team. I was assigned a yoga instructor with who I had the initial discussion about what and how I want to achieve, before we could start the class she was replaced by another person, did about 6 classes with her and by the time I was settling in got to know that she will be replaced with another one. The day the class was going to begin, waited for 15 mins no show. No message or courtesy saying that sorry will be late or can we reschedule. Very unprofessional team. I am trying to call the sales person who I initially spoke to and made the payment she is not answering my calls.

I have joined fitverse a month ago desperate to reverse my PCOS and address my hypothyroidism. With the program, I got tailor-made menu and exercise and within the 1st month, I lost 6kg! I could not believe it! I have done several kind of diets before but none of it worked. I am glad I took the decision to join fitverse.With the guidance of the coaches specially Aastha who is very responsive if there is any question on the diet/menu, I believe I can reach my target by the end of the program.

Fitverse helped me lose weight, something i’ve been struggling with for years. The nutrition plans and the workouts were very helpful and sustainable so i would highly recommend their service. The only catch is the flexibility with the program as someone who travels a lot for work and needs to take off but if that’s not a problem for you, definitely try this out!
