I have used Tow Bros twice so far. From the moment I called I knew these guys were different. Dealt with Eric for my first tow and it was excellent. He’s very professional and knowledgeable always puts the customer first and the prices are very reasonable. He was on time and delivered my car with care. The second time I had to call. Mike picked up my car and just as before he was very laid back and professional. Both guys did an excellent job and handled my car with care. I recently caught two flats on the highway coming from Massachusetts with my family in the vehicle. I wasn’t from the area. So I went on google and found Tow bros that came out to help me with my vehicle. It’s was 1am and really wasn’t going to find a place to help replace both tires. So the owner of the company Mr. Eric personally came out towed my vehicle back to his house. Allow my family to use his bathroom and went the extra step to takes us to a hotel. While he kept my car at his house and dropped it off in the morning at the local mavis tires. This guy went above and beyond of his work duties to help me and my family.
