They also make recommendations and suggestions of additional services that would be beneficial to our yard to keep it looking great. He's professional, responsive, and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted.The crews on site have also been fantastic. We have been working with Specialized Property Maintenance for the last nine months and have been extremely pleased with their work, responsiveness, timeliness, and flexibility!We were paying five different companies to provide various services, none of which had available spots for snow removal. This has been a priority of us and then I was referred to this business. They are now doing our mowing, fertilizing, pest control, sprinkler blow out and startups, Christmas light installation, removal, and storage, and most recently helped us pull out our old plants and shrubs and planted all new ones.I was able to pick what I wanted and worked with JT on where everything should go. When they finished, they added the remaining river rock that was needed JT is phenomenal to work with, coordinating what services we need. If you’re looking for a way to consolidate work you have done or are looking for basic yard services, give them a call!
