We have used Specialized Property Care several years now for all our outside needs. We have appreciated the work they do which includes mowing, snow removal, irrigation, fertilizing, weed control, and bug control. Whenever we have special needs they accommodate. This spring we had several areas on our lawn that required sod. Because of the new sod, we asked them to skip a week of mowing, so our lawn was overgrown by the time they came to mow. Not only did the mowers take extra time because the grass had become so long, they were extra careful to avoid the new sod. They also took extra time to carefully trim around all the areas that have new sod. Our lawn looked amazing when they were done. We are thankful for all that Specialized does for us throughout the year.Gary & Jackie Johnson

I'm incredibly happy with their services. My yard is an absolute disaster, 85% weeds, at least. Even the little bit of grass I have, is weed grass. I kept trying to do it myself, but I just couldn't. I can't remember how I came across them exactly, but I'm so happy I did. JT told me what he thought the best option was, and explained it all very clearly. He also didn't try to push and unnecessary services on me, which a LOT of companies do. As of right now, I've only had the team out to my house once for the initial mow and cleanup. They worked incredibly hard getting everything hauled away. I had giant piles of leaves, seed pods, and sticks, and they got rid of all of it. Will continue to update my review as the summer goes on, but I have no doubt in my mind it'll be amazing. I will continue to do their weed/fertilizer treatments for the coming years.100/10. Highly recommend.
