There's a lot to navigate when you replace a roof: shingles styles and quality, underlying repairs, insulation and gutters... J&J was super clear about the options and cost - they even managed the insurance side for payment. All that earned them five stars, but we later noticed an issue not in the original design that was not part of J&J's quote and were pleased how quickly and professionally they handled it - they went above and beyond!

Don’t waste your time calling anyone else! J&R roofing is the only one we will use going forward!Jason was fast, answered on just one or two rings and came out the same day! We had quite a bit of damage to our roof after a wind storm and he didn’t hesitate to come out the same afternoon. He did exceptional work and repaired/replaced the damaged shingles and inspected the entire roof.He kept us in the loop during the repairs and gave us options on any other repairs that he recommended. We trust him completely. He didn’t overcharge and try to upsell, and gave us peace of mind. That is very hard to come by these days.If you’re googling or searching for anyone to take a look at your roof or get estimates, we highly recommend Jason. In just a few short years, we’ll need a new roof and this is the company we will be calling.Mindy and Chris
