I didn’t have the best experience here. I would double check the price of any part quoted. They tried charging me double the cost for a part that the dealership had for half the cost. He showed me a snapshot on the part from some website. I ended up getting the factory dealership part ($300 less than the one he quoted). They had two jobs - one to fix my horn and the other to replace some part on my manifold. My horn still doesn’t work, they couldn’t fix it, even with a brand new part. When they put the steering wheel back on it was scraping when I turned the wheel, so I had to take it back to them so they can put it back on correctly and it was gross and sticky. I paid for 4 Lyft rides too. Second job they had was replacing a part on my manifold. This was in January. My check engine light came back on yesterday (April). I took it to AAA auto service on Riverside Boulevard. They showed me that the part they installed was not tightened properly. It was super loose (and I don’t drive much or on rough terrain). AAA secured it with bigger screws and tie downs, and only charged me $103 out the door - half of their inspection cost. They also paid for my Lyft ride home and back. I love how they actually showed it to me too. I didn’t just hear it secondhand.
