Roman was courteous and kept me informed when he was running behind due to traffic. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall service. After arriving, I was informed that there would be an additional $50 charge due to the amount of doghair and because two additional people accompanied him. I disagreed with the additional charge, as my dog rarely rides in my vehicle and, when he does, he is only in the front seat. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough detailing. I noticed several areas that were missed, including the cup holders, between the seats and ended up cleaning some areas myself. There was also a sticky residue left on the exterior of the whole driver side.I appreciate the communication regarding the delay, but overall, the quality of the detailing did not meet my expectations.I disagree with your response, as it is inaccurate. I have not owned my car for 27 years, I do not wear lipstick, and my dog only sat in the front seat. I did disclose the nail polish on the front console in advance, yet I was charged an additional $50 for dog hair. For the $250 I paid, I expected my car to be spotless. Instead, I had to clean up after the service, including white streaks, white spots, and sticky residue left on the exterior. I l've attached the photos below. The service did not meet my expectations, and I am disappointed with the results given the amount I paid.

I had a severe mold issue in my car 3 months ago that I thought would be impossible to fix, but the team at Renzo's Auto Spa completely saved it and it hasn't come back since. Their mold extraction detailing package is top-notch. They treated every inch of the interior with extreme care, and when they were finished, there was zero trace or smell of mold left. The car looks and feels brand new again. If you need a deep, professional restoration, do not hesitate to call them. Worth every single penny!

This kid will ruin your ride if you let them. Had an engine bay done, ended up needing to replace alternator and much more.

I cannot recommend Renzo's Auto Spa highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded every expectation I had.First, the convenience of having a mobile detailer come directly to me was fantastic, but what truly set Renzo's Auto Spa apart was the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that went into every inch of my vehicle. It was immediately obvious that they take immense pride in their work and treat every car as if it were their own.By the time Renzo was finished, my car looked better than it did the day I got it. The exterior was spotless, with an incredible shine that brought the paint back to life. The interior was equally impressive. The carpets, seats, dashboard, console, vents, door panels, and every nook and cranny were thoroughly cleaned. Not only was it visually immaculate, but it also smelled so fresh and clean. Such an amazing difference! What impressed me most was the genuine dedication to quality. Renzo didn't rush through the job or cut corners. They took the time to ensure everything was done right and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a detailer who is reliable, thorough, passionate about what they do, and delivers results that truly wow you, look no further. Renzo's Auto Spa has earned a customer for life. My car hasn't looked this clean in years, and I will absolutely be using their services again.

They came right to our driveway and completely transformed my wife’s car! We had a mountain of stubborn dog hair embedded in the seats and carpets, but they managed to get every last strand out. The interior looks and smells brand new. Exceptional quality, super convenient mobile service, and a fantastic price. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a thorough detail without leaving the house!

Beautiful Job. 90°+ weather out in the sun. All I had to do was supply the water and these guys handled the business at the hottest time of the day 1 o'clock to 4. Car looks beautiful. It was sitting for three years with regular street dust dirt and buildup. He got it back to looking like an everyday driver and And has restored my pride in my car and I cannot wait to get it back on the road, especially looking so pristine and clean! Great job!! Would highly recommend. Also, very polite, mature, and professional, which is very important.

This mobile detailing company completely blew me away.First off, the professionalism stood out immediately. They showed up right on time, fully equipped, and treated the whole job like it was a high-end shop detail—not just a quick curbside wash. They took the time to walk through the bike with me, pointed out areas that needed extra attention, and explained what they were going to do. That alone was impressive. The level of detail (no pun intended) was unreal. This wasn’t just a rinse and wipe-down. Every inch of the motorcycle was addressed—the matte black paint, wheels, engine components, even the tiny, hard-to-reach areas that most people would overlook. They got into all the crevices without cutting corners, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. The finish was what really shocked me. The matte black paint looked perfect—clean, even, and rich without any streaking or shine where it shouldn’t be. The wheels looked brand new, and all the black plastics and trim had that clean, refreshed look—not greasy or overdone, just done right. The bike didn’t just look clean—it looked completely brought back to life. What I appreciated most was that they treated the motorcycle with the same level of care you’d expect for a high-end car, if not more. No rushing, no shortcuts, no careless handling—just careful, methodical work the whole time.Overall, this was way beyond what I expected from a mobile service. The convenience is great, but the quality of the work is what really stands out. If you’re on the fence about mobile detailing, especially for a motorcycle, don’t be. These guys proved you don’t have to sacrifice quality for convenience. Highly recommended.

I drove over an unmarked, freshly painted street and covered all 4 wheel wells of my brand new car in yellow paint.Despite contacting them on a Sunday morning, Renzo's got back to me right away. They were able to come out to my house just 2 days later and got my car back to pristine condition in just a few short hours (for a very fair price I should add).Would definitely recommend their services!
