They rebuilt my favorite boots many years ago when no body else in Toronto would accept the job. The boots are still going strong! I took the boots back recently for some minor work. Completely happy! This place is the BEST!!! I couldn't recommend them with higher praise.

I used their website to make a repair appointment and they told me they weren't going to do it because I wouldn't be happy with the result or the price, when they didn't even look at my shoes or tell me the price for doing the work.
